जपान दौरा कायम लक्षात राहील. केवळ अवर्णनीय. शब्द अपुरे. मनापासून धन्यवाद!!
मी पुण्यात पोहोचल्यावर नातवंडांसाठी खरेदी केलेले कपडे व स्टेशनरी त्यांच्या खोलीत नेऊन ठेवली. उन्हाळ्याच्या सुट्टी साठी आजोळी गेलेली दोन्ही नातवंडे पुण्यात पोहोचली. त्यांना घेऊन येणारी मोटार घराच्या आवारात शिरताच प्रथम दोघेही धावत खोलीत गेले. केवळ १० मिनिटात मी आणलेले कपडे घालून माझ्या समोर उभे राहिले. त्यांना झालेला आनंद लपत नव्हता. विशेष करून नातीसाठी लांब पायघोळ असलेला ड्रेस तिला फार आवडला. आपण " बिग कँमेरा " शाँपींग माँल मधील ५ ही मजले अनेक वेळा चढ उतार करून खरेदी साठी बहुमुल्य मदत केली. त्यामुळे निष्पाप चेहऱ्यावरील आनंद मला दुधाच्या साई सारखा प्रेमळ वाटला. त्या समाधानाचे सर्व श्रेय केवळ आपणास जाते. त्याच प्रमाणे पत्नी, कन्या व सुनेसाठी खरेदी केलेले स्वेटर्स आवडले. मुलासाठी " एक्स एल " आकाराचे टि शर्टही पसंत पडले. आज काल या नष्वर जगात कोणतीही गोष्ट सहज प्राप्त होत नाही. सर्व जगाला फक्त पैशाची भाषा समजते. आपण उभयता सोबत " जपान " येथील वास्तव्य दिर्घकाळ लक्षात राहील. सर्व सहकार्य व आधारासाठी मन:पुर्वक धन्यवाद.

सर्व जपान दौरा सहप्रवासी - सर्वांना सुप्रभात. माझ्या शारीरिक क्षमतेच्या उणीवा, जे वास्तव आहे. त्याचा सर्वानी आपुलकीने विचार केला. त्यानुसार प्रेमाचा प्रत्यक्ष मदतीचा हात पुढे केला. मी हळवा झालो, भरून पावले. विशेष उल्लेख करायचा तर माझे रूम पार्टनर श्री. उमेश काणे, श्री व सौ. नलावडेजी, इतरही सर्व पण नामोल्लेख नसला तरीही सर्व . विशेष आभार मँडम रेश्माजी व पतीराज कपील कुलकर्णी, चि. शार्दूल. ह्यांनी तर कुटूंबातील जेष्ठ सदस्य म्हणून पावलोपावली खुशाली विचारली. माझी बँग जेव्हा मँडम व कपील उचलून न्यायचे, तेव्हा मला माझ्या परावलंबनाची जाणीव व्हायची. खर सांगू, लाज वाटायची, पण नवनवोन्मेशाची ओढ व उत्साहाने जगण्याची जिद्द स्वस्थ बसू देत नाही. सर्वाचे मनापासून धन्यवाद.

The Japan Tour(May 2019) was quite memorable. A million thanks to Mrs.Reshma & Mr.Kapil Kulkarni,the wonderful couple,for planning such an awesome visit,a fine blend of informality & professionalism. The personal attention that they paid especially towards the senior participants was very appreciable. The places of interest selected were a good mix of religion,history,nature & modernity of Japan. They also saw that the participants enjoyed Indian as well as Japanese cuisine. The tour was far different & therefore far better than the routinely popular whistle-stop (& crowded) tours organized by most big players in the field today. Our group was an awesome mixture of age-group, enthusiasm & educational background. Within no time this varied group blended so beautifully to become one family. The senior travel companions- Mawshi, Date Kaka, Ramesh mama, Arvindrao & Padmatai,& Kundatai, all proved that the age is just a number. Their limitless enthusiasm was inspiring. Mrunal,Swati & Uday not only helped lower the average age of the group,but also contributed through their matured ideas & acts to make the visit more meaningful. Shruteen da provided some anxious moments, thereby making the trip more exciting. The youthful exuberance of our youngest participants -Adit & Sweta was really infectious...A special thanx to Rani,for suggesting us (me & Ira) to join this amazing trip. She has always been positive & helpful on the tour as well as off it. Not to forget the occasional yet timely contribution of Shardul,the tall, handsome of the Kulkarnis...Thanks everyone for making this visit very special...🙏🙏🙏
An informal get-together of Japan-inspired souls,a surprise refund of huge amounts😲 by cheques, very tasty food by the host, instant photo-magique by Rani, zealous posing for group photos,sharing of adventures in Japan &.....planning another visit to Japan ! (in the back of everyone's mind)..... thanks Reshma San & Kapil San for making us part of this memorable evening...👌👍🙏

अविस्मरणीय जपान टूर अतिशय नियोजनबद्ध पद्धतीने arrange केल्याबद्दल सर्व प्रथम रेश्मा आणि कपिल यांचे मनापासून आभार.... सुरुवातीपासून शेवटपर्यंत sight seen, transport, food अप्रतिम... शाकाहारी, मांसाहारी ,सर्वांची आवड निवड लक्षात घेऊन सर्वांना सामावून घेऊन केलेले उत्तम नियोजन यामुळे सगळा ग्रुप एक कुटुंब कधी बनला कळलेच नाही... भाषेची अडचण रेश्मा मुळे जाणवली च नाही.. रेश्मा बघेल हा विश्वास होता... त्यामुळे कोणतेही टेन्शन न घेता आम्ही एन्जॉय केलं...
